Club Noir is proud to invite Ingrid James, Queensland award-winning vocalist, voice educator, artistic director, founder and host of the Jazz Singers’ Jam Night for over 22 years, to present a Jazz Singers’ Jam Special – a safe and supportive space for 3 generations of singers, performing 2 songs each, accompanied by the inimitable Dave Spicer on piano, Andrew Shaw on bass and Paul Hudson on drums. This evening is all about spontaneity, storytelling, the human connection through the voice, and a celebration of the vocal artform and diversity of jazz; but most of all, this evening is about community and sharing.
